Match Studio
Semantic RAG that tells teams — before they start — whether similar work is already being delivered somewhere else in the firm.
Live in the PMT tool since 15 Aug 2026
The problem
In a large organisation, two teams can spend months building the same thing without knowing it. Work is tracked across LUMA, DUC, JIRA and Monday, each with its own structure and vocabulary, so a keyword search rarely reveals that the idea you're about to start is already in flight elsewhere.
What I built
Match Studio is a semantic, RAG-based matching tool that I developed. It brings project and work data from LUMA, DUC, JIRA and Monday into one searchable layer and compares work by meaning, not keywords. Describe a new piece of work and it surfaces similar initiatives already being delivered across teams, with the context to judge the overlap.
Why it matters
The check happens before a project starts, when it's cheapest to act on: teams can reuse, collaborate or re-scope instead of duplicating effort. It's built to be fast and efficient enough to sit inside everyday planning rather than being a separate research step.
Live
Match Studio is now integrated with the PMT tool and went live on 15 August 2026, so duplicate-work checks happen as part of the normal project intake flow.
