The client's product content and personalisation workflows were high-effort and barely automated — every new item needed descriptions, attributes and styling by hand.

What I did

Defined the scope and roadmap for a GenAI-powered suite covering product description generation, style-based recommendations and catalogue enrichment. Worked with the client's product and engineering teams on integration, success metrics and a phased rollout.

Aligning the business

Merchandising, marketing and technology each wanted different things first. I turned those competing priorities into a single delivery roadmap that fit existing workflows, so adoption followed.
